Triggers are your best friend.
Many times during our manifesting journey, circumstances and people can create some very undesirable events in our lives that can throw us into a spiral.
In the manifesting world we call these triggers.
Most of us hate them and try our best to either run away from them or bury them deep within. That is the wrong way to deal with triggers.
Since everything and everyone is you pushed out, a phrase coined by Neville Goddard, a trigger is nothing more than a reflection of an assumption that you have inside about a person, place, thing or circumstance.
Although many of us still cannot grasp the fact that everything that has happened to us in our life was and is caused by our own thoughts and imagination , we must come to terms with that fact and accept it if we are to move ahead in creating the life we desire.
So instead of looking at triggers as a bad thing, take them and embrace them for what they are. Evidence that there is an assumption we have that needs to be changed. And once changed that will move us one step closer to our desires.
So the next time you are triggered by an event or person, simply step back and say thank you for showing me what I need to change.
Embrace that moment of awareness and be grateful for it because triggers are your best friend.
