For 99.9 percent of us our choices and the decisions we make are forced upon us by our very own subconscious minds. The beliefs we have and the thoughts that we carry along all day and night are directing our every move and experience in life.
Have you ever asked yourself this question? “Why do I always do the things I don’t want to do?” I have. Thousands of times before.
Have you ever tried to break a habit that isn’t beneficial to you and you just can’t? I have. You know it’s just a mental thought and yet you just can’t seem to change it or break that habit.
There are things you no longer want to do yet you end up doing them time after time. Why? You’re a grown ass adult! Why can’t you make a simple decision to stop? Why can’t you make the decision to do the thing you want to do instead of doing that which you do not? How come? What the hell has that much power over you?
You look around and there is no outside force doing it. No one is holding a gun to your head yet you keep doing that which you don’t want to. Seems like a mystery.
But it’s not. You’re doing it to yourself. You’re making the decisions. You’re the cause of your own failure. No one else is. There is no one else to blame but yourself.
Just you. Not your parents, not your siblings, not your community, not your president, not your teachers, no one but you. You’re the one making those decisions to react the way you did. You’re the one that picked up that third donut. You’re the one who decided to spend the entire day playing video games or vegging out on the couch watching all ninety seven seasons of game of thrones instead of studying.
No one tied you down and forced you to do those things. Just you.
And once we come to grips with that. Once we realize that there is no one else to blame but ourselves that’s when the magic begins. That’s when your world finally changes. That’s the moment you finally take back control of your life.
It’s such a liberating feeling.

It won’t be just a bunch of lines of affirmations or getting you to simply try to pay attention to your dominant thoughts.
Those are good but it is not enough.
You first need to understand why you do the things you do then you need to know what tools to use and how and when to use them to make the changes you want to make.
It’s going to be work. You’re going to be dealing with deep seated thoughts and beliefs that you don’t even know you have.
When someone tells you to pay attention to your dominant thoughts, that’s great. Go ahead and pay attention to those five percent of the thoughts that you have all day long. But those aren’t the thoughts running your life. The other 95 percent are the ones directing you. Those 95 percent that go unnoticed are the ones causing all the havoc. Those are the ones you need to deal with. Those are the ones that need to be exposed and pulled out by the roots.
This course will show you how to get at those thoughts and beliefs. Then and only then can you make the changes you desire.
In a little known book that is attributed to Neville Goddard based off of a lecture he did in 1953, Neville speaks about meeting and being taught by Abdullah. The same person that taught Joseph Murphy. Ever wonder why those two great men’s approach seemed so similar? Now you know why.
Anyway, in that lecture Neville says that Abdullah told him he needs to go within and seek the person inside. Do an uncritical assertion of the person within. Neville says you won’t like that person. You’ll be ashamed of that person. Some will call that person a monster. I did! But once you finally meet that man or women behind the curtain you can finally deal with them and change the direction of your life.
He rarely ever talks about this in any of his books like he did in this lecture. That is why so many people make the mistake of trying to simply shift states but can’t seem to hold it. They haven’t dealt with the root cause of all their frustration. But once you do it’s a game and life changer.
