The phrases “letting go” and “ living in the end” are great catch phrases now-a-days in the manifesting communities.
We hear them passed around now like dinner rolls on Thanksgiving. “Oh girl, you’ve got to just let him go” or my favorite, “You’re not living in the end”.
With the false exception of “you need to affirm around that”, letting go and living in the end are two of the most used phrases to solve any issue your having with manifesting. They cover all the bases.
When someone asks on the internet, “what do i need to do to get my SP back who hasn’t talked to me in months, the answer is either, Let go or live in the end.
Never though are people given an explanation about HOW to go about either of those. Or even what is REALLY meant by either one.
So let’s explore a bit deeper about what each one really means.
Let’s start from the beginning though. We need to form a foundation for either of them to work correctly for you and this is where most people fall down.
Everything that can happen, come into existence or manifest into your 3-D world is already made or done. There is nothing that can be made that isn’t already made. And everything is already made. If you can think of it, that thought comes with everything in the universe to manifest that thought into your 3-D world.
The guy who you think doesn’t even know you exists, that relationship you want with him already exists in the potential energy that created everything. If it didn’t, you wouldn’t have been able to have the thought.
So, since that’s the case the next thing is quite simple for you.
Simply put, to consciously manifest anything into your life, your reality, you must assume that it is already yours. And since it is already yours you must act and assume from that premise. You must assume in your imagination that the relationship is yours already. You must know it’s yours just as you know the bed you lie in every night is yours.
In your imagination you need to live from the fact that you are in a fantastic relationship with the person of your intention.
In your imagination you must act as if you are already in that relationship. Make it as real as you possibly can in your imagination. Use all the senses you can to make it feel real and natural to you.
Create a scene in your imagination that would imply that what you desire is already yours.
Now that you have your intention and your scene what do you do now?
This is where most people get hung up.
Many people will tell you to let go. But let go of what? You just spent all that energy creating a scene that would imply that your intention is already yours and now your told to let it go? That doesn’t make sense.
Not only that, what about all those books that tell us that what we focus on the most is what will manifest in our lives? Is that not true? I mean heck, even Neville Goddard tells us to “persist in your assumption until it hardens into fact.” There are so many contradictions out there when it comes to this stuff that it’s no wonder so many people are so confused.
So let me toss in another hornets nest.
There is the other camp that says you need to live in the end. You need to act as if you already have your desire. Live from the end. Neville says to “think from the end and not of the end.”
What does all that mean? And which is better.
One more monkey wrench for you…. Both are to be done!!!
Thats right, I said you need to do both.
Now before you go run off and hold your breath until you turn blue let me explain what you’re REALLY supposed to do with both of them and how they work together.
Let’s start again with the fact that once you set your intention, that intention is already yours. You have it and no one on earth can take it away from you except for you.
You had a desire, you set an intention for that desire and then you imprinted that desire, by which ever means works best for you, into your imagination and unto your subconscious mind. At that moment it became yours.
And now this is where both letting go and living from the end come in at the same time.
Have I blown your minds yet? I thought so.
Here is the secret to making it all happen for you and I’m sharing it all to you for free.
When we talk of letting go we are not talking about letting go of the object of your desire. Your not going to forget about your SP or that car you want or the promotion you’ve had your heart set on. On the contrary, you’re going to focus on that more than you ever have.
But first let’s discuss how and what you’re going to let go of.
Since you have set your intention and that intention is already yours it wouldn’t make sense to then just give it up. Thats just non-sense.
What you’re going to do instead is let go of the DESIRE of getting it. You see, once it’s already yours, how can you still desire getting it? You wouldn’t. It’s already yours. The desire for attaining it is gone now. You would have a feeling of relief that it’s yours. You would be grateful for that relationship, job or car. It’s already yours so you no longer want it.
Instead you’re enjoying the benefits of having the object of your desire.
So by letting go of the desire of getting it your telling the subconscious that it’s already yours and so the subconscious takes that as true and works to provide evidence in your 3-D world of the veracity of that assumption. It goes to work in a way that we know not of, to bring it into your physical reality.
Using your imagination to assume that the object of your intention is already yours is in fact “living in the end.”
“Living in the end” is therefore the assumption, in your imagination, that the object of your desire is already yours and in your imagination you’re living from that premise. IN your imagination you will act as if it’s already done because it is. You will see the relation as you desire it. You will feel the emotions that would be tied to that relationship. You will create scenes that would happen if that relationship were a fact and you will live from those scenes in your imagination.
That is what living in the end means.
It means that in your imagination, whenever you can, no matter what time of day it is, you will live from that assumption that would imply that your desire is yours now. Not tomorrow or two weeks from now, but NOW!
So to sum it up for you. Letting go is letting go of the DESIRE to have your intention and not releasing the intention itself. Your only letting go of wanting it for how can you want or desire something that you already possess?
Living in the end or how Neville actually put it, “Living from the End”, means that you are to live from the realization that your intention is already yours in your imagination. Create a scene that would imply that the object of your intention is already yours.
Feel it, sense it, see it, smell it, and hear it as if it was already yours while in your imagination. Let your imagination do all the heavy lifting.
You are to do noting in your 3-D world to help bring about the manifestation. You’ll just get in the way and slow down the process. The energy that created everything in the universe knows a lot more ways and better ways to make your desire come about if you would simply get out of the way.
Your only job is to set the intention, imagine the intention as already yours and persist in that assumption until it hardens into fact.
Thats it. Nothing else. Don’t go looking at his or her facebook page to see what they are doing. Don’t go looking for signs. Don’t initiate contact thinking that will help because it never does. Don’t purposefully put yourself in a place that you know they will be just to “bump” into them. Just stay in your imagination with the assumption that it is already done.
Let go of the desire of having the intention and live from the thought in your imagination that the object of your intention is already yours.
Do those things in your imagination only and your intention will come faster and better than you will ever imagine. Fiddle with the middle ( I rhymed;) ) and you’ll do nothing but hamper the progress of your manifestation.
You’ve got this. Anthony.
