So how does manifesting work? Manifesting is something you have been doing your entire life.
All of the circumstances, people, places and things that are in your life right now have been manifested. You just didn’t do it consciously. You didn’t design the life you have right now on purpose. You simply allowed life to happen to you and you accepted it.
Your life is formed by the assumptions and perceptions you have of yourself and the world around you. Most of those perceptions and assumptions were formed when you were a child.
Assumptions and perceptions are what is running your life right now and they cause you to make decisions, whether good, bad or indifferent about what your senses relate back to you.
Those assumptions are pushed out onto the screen of your reality and are then reflected back to you by the actions of the people around you, the circumstances happening to you and the things you have in your life.
This reflection back to you is delayed though. The reflection you see coming back to you is based on assumptions you formed in the past.
But we can change that. We can change the assumptions and perceptions we have of ourselves and not only that we can also change the assumptions and perceptions we have of the people, places, things and circumstances around us as well. We can design the life we have always wanted consciously.
I call it conscious manifesting.
Since what we see in our 3-D world is a delayed reaction of what our thoughts, assumptions and perceptions are, we’re going to use that to our advantage.
So, here is what happens with most people when they are using methods and techniques to try and manifest their desires. They will use the method and or technique, and then instantly look to their 3-D world with their senses, and look for confirmation that the techniques and methods they used actually worked. They want to see instant results. But since it works on a delay they won’t see the results right away.
The minute you move from your method to seeking validation of that method in your 3-D world, You have moved out of your state of the wish or desired fulfilled. And the reason for that is because your 3-D world is a delayed reaction of your assumptions, perceptions, and thoughts that you have inside. It’s kind of like when an astronomer looks at a far off galaxy and he looks at the twinkle of those stars and the light that’s coming back to his telescope. That light that is now entering his telescope, originated years and years and years before it reached his telescope. So he is actually looking at light particles that were formed in the past in his present moment. He is looking basically at a reflection of light that is now hitting his telescope that was generated years before.
That same concept is what is happening by Neville Goddard’s famous quote “everything and everyone is yourself pushed out.” Everything and everyone in your 3-D world is a delayed reflection back to you. Previous thoughts, perceptions, and assumptions that you had. So to do something physically, or to have an imagination, in hopes to instantly have some sign in your 3-D world perpetuate is generally not going to happen.
So the question is, how can we use this delayed reaction to our benefit?
First of all we don’t really know how long any certain circumstance takes to start to reflect back to us. They could have a myriad of different reasons and circumstances that affect the reflection back to us . So to give a definite period of time it’s nearly impossible.
However, what we can do is to use an amount of time that we know can help us. To use an amount of time to persist in our wishes and desires.
Psychologist and some scientists have surmised that it takes 21 days to break and or form a new habit. And since some scientists and psychologists have asserted that our programming that we have within us of our subconscious mind can be changed by internal repetition we’re going to use both of those assumptions to our benefit.
We’re going to persist in our desire, living from our desire in our imagination for 30 days. I have tested this out with not only myself, but a number of my clients and each and everyone of them at the end of those 30 days was a different person , and was either closer to or had become the person they desired after those 30 days. Some of them became that person and achieved their desire within that 30 days.
So how did we accomplish this? First off what happens with most of us is we will have our desire, then we will work with a method to try to accomplish that desire, and then our 3-D world will throw up some type of circumstance or stimulus that will trigger a response from us in the opposite direction of our desire. In other words our 3-D world will reflect back to us an opposite circumstance than what we are trying to achieve. That opposite circumstance is based upon previous assumptions and perceptions that we had of ourselves and the world around us. We then react to that circumstance which now perpetuates the old perceptions and assumptions and the old you continues forward.
The key here is to instead of reacting to that reflection, we simply turn away from that reflection and go back to experiencing the desire that we had. That turning away from that trigger, or that old assumption, or that old perception will start to dull that perception or that reflection of that perception in your 3-D world. And then going back and experiencing in your imagination with all of your senses, your desire or your wish fulfilled strengthens that desire. It starts to push that out onto the screen of your reality. You’ll start to see small changes occur that are confirming your going in the right direction. Each time you do this process the old perceptions and the old assumptions weaken while the new perceptions and the new assumptions strengthen. And like Neville Goddard, said once, those new assumptions and perceptions become natural within you, it must reflect back to you in your 3-D world. It has no choice.
So how do we make this a reality in your world.
First, take a desire that you have. One that is not huge. Something that you feel if you get it great, and if you don’t then that’s ok as well.
Form a mental scene that would imply that you already have that desire. In that scene you will be in the first person. In other words in your imagination, you’ll be looking through your eyes and participating in the scene. Use all of your senses in this scene. Smell, touch, hearing, taste and sight.
Then for 30 days you are to live from that scene. Become the person who would have that desire and in your imagination live from that person.
When a trigger comes, and it will, simply acknowledge the trigger but don’t give it any attention. Simply turn from the trigger and then go back to your scene and live from that scene.
If you continuously get the same trigger you’ll need to do work to uncover why you have that trigger. But that is why we are using a desire that will most likely not have deep seated triggers.
Do this for 30 days. In your imagination be the person that has that desire. Live every moment that you can from that desire in your imagination. Remember, if you had that desire in your 3-D world you would already be that person and your daily life would reflect that fact back to you.
Do this for 30 days and watch what happens. You’ll start to see that you no longer spiral out of control when a big trigger comes. You’ll be able to take control of your life instead of life controlling you.
It takes time to change your life. This is a fact that most of the TikTok coaches and even some on Youtube won’t tell you. They want you to believe that you can get your SP back in a week after no contact for two years. That is extremely rare. For most of us it’s going to take some time.
So use the delayed reactions of our assumptions and perceptions to your advantage.
Work those 30 days and see that you can in fact design your life.
You’ve got this. Anthony.
