I’d just like to say that I wish more coaches would do this. Not just talk about what they do all day on the social media platforms, but actually show you guys what they do daily. Get down in the dirt and show what their day is like. There have been a couple of them that do it but not near enough. If more would do it then more people would learn faster and then because of that more people would be attracted to it.
First off lets get this clear. This is assuming that you already have your self-concept nailed down. If not, none of this will help you. You’ll be searching for another site to get that special key or phrase to make it all work in a month and then you’ll move on from that site as well. You need to have a healthy self-concept or at least be headed in that direction for any type of self improvement to work. If not you’re going to have blocks and you won’t understand why others are succeeding while you’re not. It happened to me. For those that need self-concept work, I do one on one coaching that can give you the directions you’ll need to take to improve your self image. Your self-concept. But my coaching is not like what you’ve experienced before. It’s rigid and focused driven. It’s done with love, however, it’s going to be work, for both of us. I’ll have details of it all soon.
So lets get started. How does my normal day look?
Before we go into this I’d like to say that this is the routine I’ve been using for about a month now and it’s proven itself especially productive. It starts me off in the perfect state right form the start and keeps me going all day long.
For starters, my normal day is not normal. Five days out of the week I live in a big Simi Tractor Trailer and drive from one side of the United States to the other side and back again. That’s a five day trip for me. My week usually starts on Sunday morning at around 3:00 am when I get up. But before I get out of bed I do my first thing,
#1. I review my my end story. I lay there in bed still groggy and meditate on my end story. I see it all, I feel it all, I smell it all, I hear it all and I experience it all. I make it so real that when I open my eyes I’m sometimes surprised at where I’m at. Now that probably won’t happen for you at first. It took me awhile to get to the point that it felt so real to me but I did and it will for you too if you simply put in the work and do what I did. This of course needs you to have your end story in detail. This is not the same as your end scene that you play over and over again before going to bed. This “story” is where you took your end scene from. Review that end story and live from it. Your physical reality has no choice but to reflect that back to you.
#2. I read something that helps me move towards my end story. Once I’m awake I’ll grab one of my books and try to read a chapter if time permits. I’ll read from Neville Goddard, or Anthony Robbins or the like. I’m studying a lot about quantum physics right now so I’ve got a bunch of those books that I’m reading right now. I’ll search for something that will benefit me in a positive growth filled way. Many times though I have to just read the areas I highlighted because I don’t have enough time. I don’t read the news or put it on for “Background” noise . Garbage in garbage out. I don’t want that stuff running around in my head. I don’t reach for my phone to see who texted me, or called me, or what my social media accounts have said I should look at. I stay away from all of that stuff. The only social media accounts I have is Facebook for living in the end and YouTube for living in the end and I don’t go surfing on either of them. I don’t look at any other coaches sites anymore either. Really no need to. I found when I did I got so much conflicting information that sometimes I just felt paralyzed into thinking I would do something wrong if I took any action. When I stopped searching YouTube for manifesting people, things started to take off. I stayed with one coach for a very short time, some of you know her, and then it was time for me to get my message out. Anyway…. Put in good information and good information will come out. The more you just lazily look at Facebook and TikTok the more anxiety you’ll build.
There is nothing that is happening in the world that will directly affect you immediately that you can take any action on right away unless it’s sent over an emergency broadcast system. Even Covid had emergency broadcasts here in the states to let us know when we needed to wear masks or shut down. I didn’t need to listen to the news all the time to hear that stuff. I got my co-driver a set of earbuds so he wouldn’t play the music loud enough for me to hear while he was driving. I didn’t want that stuff floating in my head going directly into my subconscious. No way.
Put good stuff in your head. Good stuff will come out.
#3. Affirmations. Once I’m up out of the bed I’ll go over my self-concept affirmations while showering and getting ready to leave. I’ll go over those for hours first thing in the morning on Sunday when leaving. I’ll get to the point where I’m screaming them in the car as I drive an hour to pickup my Big Rig and load to head east. I only use five affirmations at a time because any more and you can’t remember them all. When you can’t remember, you get paralyzed and when that happens you stop working on yourself. My breakdown of my five affirmations is three are personal self confidence affirmations. Those are affirmations that deal with just my self concept. Then I have one global self concept affirmation. That is how I see the world perceiving me. What does the world think of Anthony. Then the last one is my Special Person affirmation. How do I see my special person perceiving me. That’s it. I don’t have a list of twenty affirmations to go over. There is no need to. I don’t have to have ten affirmations for my SP to treat me a certain way. That’s covered in my personal self concept affirmations. You know, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Remember folks….. CHANGE YOU FIRST AND THE WORLD WILL MIRROR THAT BACK TO YOU!!!! Look at that old saying and let’s break it down a bit.
What is it saying to do first? YES. YOU do first!!! You do unto others first. That’s the inside you. You be kind and gentle, you give the compliments, you loose weight, you say you’re sorry, you be on time, you show true love first, you communicate more, etc. THEN!!!!!……. and only then, as you would have them do unto you. THATS the reflection. The mirror image coming back to you. Do you get it? It’s everywhere. You do first and the world reflects back to you. You want a change in your SP? You make the change within yourself first and then you’ll see the change in them. It’s that simple. If you’re a jerk but you want your SP to be kind and gentle to you you will only get back a cowering puppy dog or a jerk right back at you. Be kind and gentle first and then see them see you as kind and gentle and watch the magic happen. Your entire life will change when you do this right. Is it work? Yes at first it is because we’ve been listening to everyone tell us it’ll take just five minutes to get that text message and then your SP will come running back. BULL DOODOO!!!!!!!!! Sorry folks, it doesn’t happen that way. Change you first and then the world must follow. Next…
#4. Set my intentions for the day. Now that I am all amped up on my self-concept I can now set my intentions for the day. I make a simple list of what I’d like to accomplish for the day. If I have a meeting with someone I set in my mind how I want that meeting to go. If I’m just driving I set my intention for a safe and productive drive for myself and my partner. Sometimes I’ll also play around and set an intention to find $20.00 on the ground. I’ve found more twenty dollar bills in the last 14 months than I ever had in my entire life before that.
Set some daily intentions. Simple ones at first and then build up to the big ones after a while. It’s fun when they start to come in. Try not to set them with people that you have a lot of resistance to like an SP. That gets too close to messing with the middle and most of the time will do nothing but cause grief and pain for you. Just get those free cups of coffee or tea and the occasional $20.00 bill. It’s really fun.
#5. Living in the end. During the day while trucking, they call it trucking because you’re doing more than just driving for those five days, I’m in the drivers seat for at least 11.50 hours. I drive for 8 hours and within that 8 hours , preferably after 6 hours, I take a half hour break and then the onboard computer will give me another three hours more for my shift. Once I’m done driving we have a unit in the back of the cab called a sleeper. It’s got the bed, fridge, another bunk, and some cabinets.
During my driving shift I’ll listen to books on Audible or YouTube interviews of people like Joe Dispenza or Bruce Lipton and so on while living in the end. In living in the end I’ll be imagining any number of things that would be happening were my end scene is already here. For instance, I could be talking to a large group of people at a seminar, or I could be on vacation with my wife somewhere or I could be driving a moving van to my new home. I don’t let the time just idle by. No way. I use it to my advantage. I invest my time instead of spending it. Sometimes I’ll have ideas that come up and I’ll dictate those ideas into my phone so that later I can write them down in my journal. I’m always learning. You’ll never see me without a book or my phone that has 100’s of books in it. I’m always learning.
#6. Review my day. Once my driving shift is over it’s time to review my day. I’ll go back over my day and see what if anything I need to revise. What went on in my day that I didn’t like the outcome of? Did someone cut me off and I acted like a dumb ass? I’ll revise that so that when they cut me off I very calmly say I’m sorry for being in your way and will let it float by. Most of the time I’ll do things like that on the fly. When it happens I’ll revise it right away so I don’t carry that bad energy throughout my day.
#7. Read something that will help me towards my end story. Once I’ve gone through my entire day revising what needed to be revised I’ll then read something from one of my books. I always bring about seven different books to read all about self improvement in one form or fashion. I want good stuff going into my head before I fall asleep. Sometimes I’ll take notes and other times I’ll just read a chapter and be done with it. Just depends.
#8. Go over my end story. I’ll do a brief meditation about my end story where I’m living from that end story. My end story has aspects of several desires that I have. A new house, my relationship with my SP, my career, etc. I put that all into my end story and I live from that end story all throughout the day. That’s why I’m sitting here now writing this out for you. It was part of my end story a month ago.
#9. I take an end scene and loop it in my head until I fall asleep with it. I’ll take a scene from that my story and I’ll loop it over and over again just before falling asleep and many times I’ll fall asleep doing it. Other times I won’t. Within both the end scene and the end story I try to include all the senses I can. Sight, hearing, feel (touch), smell, and tasting. I’ll also try to bring in good emotions into the scene as well. Like how would I be feeling were that scene to be a physical reality for me right now?
#10. Listen to mind tapes. Lastly, I may listen to mind tapes. If I haven’t fallen asleep and I’m done with my scenes, your body will tell you when it’s done, I may put in a mind tape that I created myself. I no longer listen to others mind tapes. I’ve found that I get far less bad dreams when doing it in my voice than anyone else and I’ve noticed I get less rejection to the words spoken as well. These mind tapes can be of anything that you’re changing about yourself. All of my mind tapes have my core self-concept affirmations in them no matter what they are. Those are my core, my base to build upon. I have them for SC work, Career, and SP. Some people will do love but I have that incorporated into my self-concept because really, what is a healthy self concept if it’s not about loving who you are first?
After that I wake up the next day and repeat the process. It’s now a lifestyle for me. On the days that I’m not at work it’s pretty much the same only I have to be more aware of what my thoughts are or check in on my thoughts more often because there are more distractions. You’ll need to do the same.
During the day you’ll need to be aware of what your dominant thoughts are. What are you thinking about most during the day? What thoughts are going through your head? Was it something that brought about emotions? You need to flag that and be aware of it. If you need to do something with it do it as soon as possible so it doesn’t fester. Awareness is where it’s at. Be aware of everything but don’t put meaning to everything. Sometimes there is no meaning. Just because he didn’t text you back doesn’t mean he’s with someone else. Stop putting meaning to it. Just simply say it doesn’t mean anything and let it float by. You’ll be surprised at how fast things turn around when you have no reaction at all. Some people try to go the opposite way and put a positive spin to it. When you do that you have now reacted and you’re fighting it which does nothing but add more power to the negative thought. Just let it go and don’t try to “do” anything about it. Remember what Neville said when asked “what should I do once I’ve set my intention?” Neville’s answer? NOTHING!!! He said we are to do nothing. Just let it go past and get back to living in the end. Then watch how it disappears and don’t be surprised if he texts you in that moment. I can’t tell you how many times that happened for me.
My life is so different from what it was 14 months ago now. I am so much calmer, so much happier. Things, situations and circumstances don’t bother me like they used to. I don’t have the anxiety I used to have. I don’t worry as much as I did then. My desires are coming true and it seems that each day they come faster, bigger and easier. I now wake up each day with excitement for what the day will bring. There is nothing that we can’t accomplish if we put our focus to it.
Once you get started don’t stop. Don’t look back and if you do it’s only for educational purposes so that you can learn from it and change it if necessary.
Like I said, it’s going to be work at first. But once it gets going it’ll be fun if you let it. You’re going to have the occasional up and downs but they will get fewer and farther apart.
You’ve got this. Anthony
